I called to inform them, and the person tried to prove I was wrong by indicating that he “correctly checked the portions”, I literally worked at Dominos Lawrence for a year and I know for a fact that portion should be 27 loaded tots in total (9 rows with 3 columns). I was promised a remake and the driver never came. I really don’t care about the Loaded tots but I really don’t appreciate the guy’s professionalism. Dominos is always a busy place during rush hour, but losing professionalism like that? Do better.
