  So the other morning, I come into Arbys tired and hungry and just wanted some good hot fresh food instead I walk into the Spanish crew lady arguing with an elderly older woman that makes a sandwiches. I had to say three times. Excuse me can I get some help? Excuse me can I place an order? Excuse me are you guys open? The Spanish lady looks at me was like I’ll get to you when I get to you. I’m not doing no orders right now mind you at this time it’s about 1045 11 o’clock in the morning the little elderly color lady says I can take your order. What would you like as I proceed to tell her my order this big Spanish girl literally says I sign nobody on our register. You can’t take his order and again those two start arguing. The Spanish lady threatened the little lady that she was gonna get somebody to beat her up because she’s tired of the BS at the job and she don’t wanna be there anymore. The little elderly lady I believe her name was Monica Cezz sir. I’m sorry you have to go through this. We’re really short staffed on getting any type of help and this is every day all day with her and the people here just don’t care how she treats the customers. I tell the lady it’s not her fault because the management there should have better control of their employees. This is not the first time I’ve walked into a situation like this with her, but this is definitely my last so I ended up getting an order and I asked them no cheese on my food as a picture. I enclose has nothing but cheese. I take it back up to the Spanish lady and I asked her ma’am I pacifically said no cheese on my roast beef because I’m lactose intolerance well you didn’t say that I said ma’am can I get another sandwich with no cheese you’re gonna have to pay for that I’m not about to be making all this food for y’all to sit here and be playing with me. I’m not in a mood today and I looked at her. I said you know what ma’am you can have the food. It seems like you need the food more than I do. I just came off the road. I am tired. I am hungry and I’ve never had no issues before until this lady started working there. It’s always a problem with her the argument the nasty attitude, her always on the phone her always threaten to get somebody to beat somebody up like, how does Arbys stay in business? How do you keep your customers coming back when you have people like this? I used to think very highly of this location now I don’t even wanna come back to this location. I asked the truckstop for A corporate number don’t nobody have one. I need to speak to somebody because this is literally out of control makes no sense. Somebody needs to get Arbys and that young lady I believe her name is Jasmine need to get her under control. I will not be returning to this location again as long as she works there this is a disappointment not only to this company, but also two other staff members that worked there get better workers.

  Been to a ton of arbys they usually never miss Came in today decided id try a chicken sandwich instead of my favorite beef and cheddar Was given instead a ham sandwich with the sauces i had asked for on my chicken sandwich Now its not major….at first cause its a funny mix up asked for chicken given a pig But they litterally made a drink out of the sauces the sandwich was soaked Was honestly trying to get my fiance to like yalls food and yall did me like this its gonna be a bit till i step back into any arbys

  So I went in earlier this evening to get to roast beef double sandwiches any large strawberry lemonade nine20 9:30 PM. I noticed the gate was closed so I assume that they were closing I stepped in to place my order and a big Spanish girl. told me we were closed and she was not taking no more orders Sherry counter register down, but if I wanted to make a purchase, I would have to chime her the money and she will make my order then there is another female in drive-through with an attitude because I wanted food and asked her. Could she at least my drink she told me now they’re about to Leave the last time I checked you closed at 10 o’clock, but it seems like every time I go in there the Spanish girl the big girl always has an attitude with everybody always on the phone arguing with somebody and always threatening somebody. She’s gonna get them to get beat up. I’m not even understanding how she’s still working in this establishment with an attitude like that and we are paying y’all bills I have spoken to a manager previous short, Mexican guy that said he was the site manager about her attitude about her arguing with an employee talking about she was gonna get somebody come beat her up mind you that was a kid she was talking to so I’m so lost on how this company feels like it’s OK to have employees that has bad attitude always wanna be on the phone and can just bully around employees and she’s not even a manager or shift lead and mind you previous when I reported her she was rolling up marijuana in the lobby and my son looked at her and she literally said why are you looking at me mind your business and after tonight I’m definitely gonna take my business elsewhere because this is ridiculous. She’s always got a problem with somebody in Europe and always taking out all the customers as well. How do y’all stay in business? Would employees like that I definitely will be calling corporate on this. You used to have friendly employees. I don’t know what’s been going on for the last month but you definitely went downhill. You guys need to do better and having her there is not part of it if I’m not mistaken, I believe she calls herself Bae Lynn or Jasmine. And when did you start taking Chime for your customers to be putting on your employees chime cards?

  Stopped 1/23/26 to this location, I always pass the Bordentown Petro to crossover to 295 and I never even knew it was there LOL. Anyway, I purchased a Jamocha Shake and it was the best that i have ever had at any Arby's I've been to. Also the ladies working there were very nice and helpful. The establishment was very clean too, which is very nice to see. Will stop there again and get some food to go with the shake next time. Thank you! 5 stars all the way 😎
