  Their receipt printer has been broken for a year. Yes, incredibly, a year. McDonalds receipts offer a free sandwich with the completion of a McDvoice survey, but the receipts from Boonton McDonalds won't allow that. But now to the food: The fries were good, hot and tasty. But the quarter pounder with cheese I ordered was awful. The hamburger patty was old and dry, and the bread wasn't fresh. My dog was even hesitant to eat it.

  Went through the drive through tonight and ordered what I usually order (chicken strips and fries) then my husband wanted a chocolate milkshake. When I brought it home the chicken was chewy and some strips were dried out. My husbands chocolate milkshake had bright green on the bottom of it which looked like mint at first so we thought maybe they made a mistake and tried covering it up with the chocolate. When my husband tasted it he said it tasted like old milk sat in the machine as if the milk was spoiled. I am very disappointed with this today since we have never had a bad experience prior to this.

  Some of the rudest service I've ever had in a McDonald's. The young Asian lady working at this location is completely entitled. She really needs an attitude check. No empathy for the customer and couldn't care less about her job.
