All I can say is run, don't walk to Embark BBQ in Boonton. I will definitely be back and oh yeah let me tell you the owner, she is gorgeous. Not that it makes the barbecue any better but wow I'm talking marriage material for sure. Oh and if you can't find parking on the street there's a lot right across from them. Needless to say I look forward to returning ASAP. PS: I forgot all about the cheeseburger. The meat is a custom blend from Pat Lafrieda. I'm sorry I only got a single. Next time I'm getting the double. You have to try one.

It had a welcoming atmosphere that was fun and creative. The meat was tender and the rest of the flood was flavorful. But the best part about the experience was the service. They gave us thoughtful suggestions on our order. Even though they were closing up, they kindly let us stay and finish our meal. They checked in on us when we were eating. We highly recommend!
