- RDRicky DNov 7, 20251.0Overall garbage experience and I always loved Wendy’s. 1 sauce for 20 nuggets. Wanted to charge for extra and didn’t even have sweet and sour. Lady was super rude about it. Didn’t even make it out the parking lot, food was cold. Bogota Wendy’s is trashhhh! Never again!
- SCSueann CapelaOct 25, 20251.0Used the drive thru. Had to wait several minutes to place my order because other cars were backed up waiting to pay & pick up orders. The employee mumbled so badly I had no idea what he was saying. Ordered only a Frosty. Waited a several more minutes to get to the "pay"window but then sat there for over 5 minutes as they tried to give the car in front of me his order, including my Frosty. He nicely gave it back. I finally get to the "pick up" window and am given the wrong order which I gave back. Then I was given another order that wasn't mine that I also gave back. Now the manager gets involved and with an an attitude asked for my receipt. I just asked for my Frosty that is sitting shoved in the corner. So nearly 20 minutes to get a shake. I've tried this location in multiple occasions and always find it is beyond disorganized, service is extremely slow, the staff is not trained correctly, &customer service is lacking - one employee got verbally annoyed because I asked for a napkin. Very disappointing!

I like Wendy's the most due to the options to exchange out fries for baked potatoes, chili, loaded fries, etc. This is a brand new establishment, so the dining room, restrooms and facilities are clean. It's also extremely close to home, so for a quick cheap meal, I can't go wrong. With their healthy options of chicken sandwichs, salads, and baked potatoes, I can order and not feel too guilty about eating unhealthy. The staff has been cordial with no complaints from me.

Every single time I’ve gone here they have never gotten a single order right. I’m tired of wasting my money because people don’t care about their jobs anymore. Corporate needs to find another franchisee cause this one has not a single clue what they are doing.
