  Food is good but the attendant in the second window is always missing the sauces when I ask her about the sauces that I was already asked before, she just said I have to pay for the sauces. But my issue is that why the cashier always ask for the sauce and charge me if the attendant in second window argue for it, asking if I pay for it? I think you need to give better training to that lady. I have tried to have empathy and think that maybe she has any personal issues for giving a bad customer service but as client I don’t have to do that every time I go there. And is always the same lady. Thank you!

  I was picking up an Uber Eats delivery order and when I pulled up to the speaker and told the worker that I am here for an Uber Eats order, they say to pull to the window only to wait about 20 min or so and they decide to tell me, after waiting all that time, that the order has been taken by another Uber Eats driver. This store fails to give me any kind of consideration in giving me a heads up and is very slow paced in making the orders for customers. This goes for the overnight workers and cannot speak on the service of the day time workers. I left infuriated at this inconvenience that didn’t need to happen. The person that attended to me was a male in about early twenties and possibly Hispanic with black curly hair and glasses with tan skin tone.

  Committed employees, offering gold standard, fast service. It’s a shame people use their lot to park and shop elsewhere, since I don’t like paying $.25 for 15 minutes either.
