Either they didn’t provide me with the exact item I ordered or they forgot something from my order. I’m not sure who takes the orders, but it’s always a complete mess. They need to pay attention and listen carefully to the customers.

The most important for me and many people from very far need to use toilet but here it's full of mess, I found. Please keep it always clean. Thank you.
