  I just had an amazing experience at Town Pub on this Valentine’s Day 2026. I won’t get into too much detail, but I will say the manager Heather Batori displayed exceptional customer service with a smile while sphere heading an being extremely busy flow of business. A little love goes a long way and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a cozy chill vibe with amazing food and exceptional customer service.The attention to detail that she displays is phenomenal. Thank you so much for making my visit special. I’ll see you guys soon!

  This was my first time at Town Pub, and unfortunately it wasn’t the experience I’d hope for. I’ve bartended before, so I understand how busy (which it wasn’t) and demanding it can be but hospitality is still part of the job. When I walked in and sat at the bar I wasn’t greeted . I had to ask for a menu . My bartender was Chris and I noticed on the menu it said free pizza during happy hour . I asked Chris about the pizza happy hour special, and he just pointed behind me with no words and walked away. I saw a tray of pizza, but as a first-time guest, I wouldn’t have known you’re supposed to just grab slices yourself. A quick explanation would’ve been much appreciated. There was no check-in on how my drink was, no asking about my food, and no conversation at all. Sitting at a bar should feel engaging and inviting.. that’s how you build regulars. I may give it another try and hope for a better experience, whether that’s with another bartender or just a little more attentiveness in the future.That said, I enjoyed my drinks, the food was good and they have a great happy hour menu. From what I saw on the TV screens inside, they also host a lot of events, like karaoke night which seems like a fun vibe.

  Great food. Great beers. Great staff. Their special night promos on food are the best in town. Tuesday are Wing Nights at TP, YOU CANT MISS IT!

  Service great …….HOWEVER I ORDERED Spiniach artichoke and chips -1 outta 10 idk if it was there first time it was watery and sweet and not what I was expecting for a place being that pack guessing the drinks are great then I ordered a meatball and spaghetti for my son HE SPIT IT RIGHT OUT IT LIKE THEY TOOK TOMATO SAUCE RIGHT OUT THE CAN DUMP IT AND ADDED A DRY UNSEASON MEATBALL THAT HAD A SOUR TASTE TO IT THE WHOLE THING WAS A NIGHTMARE GUYS GOTTA DO BETTER IM SUPER DISAPPOINTED THAT I REACH OUT TO THEM AND THE MANAGER ROMIE WAS VERY NICE GAVE ME CREDIT FOR FREE SANDWICH FOR THE ARTICHOKE DIP I DEF WOULD RECOMMEND FOR DRINKS FOR FOOD NO WAY service 10 outta 10 food -2 PUT LOVE IN YOUR FOOD THIS WAS REALLY BAD I WILL NOT BE EATING THERE THATS FOR SURE
