Our Friday night experience was nowhere near a 4-star level and was a big disappointment for a first visit. Every soda at our table was flat. The server acknowledged an issue with the machine, but replacements were also flat. While waiting, there were loud conversations nearby involving staff and possibly friends, which felt unprofessional—especially since the restaurant was nearly empty. We were seated in a large booth right by the door, and when staff overheard us mention the cold draft, they offered to move us, which was appreciated. Despite how quiet it was, food took an unusually long time. Burgers took over 30 minutes and were very salty. My fish tacos took 40–45 minutes for just two tacos. Overall, long waits, flat drinks, and lack of professionalism made this a disappointing experience.
