  worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I waited over 40 minutes for my box combo. I ordered a steak chalupa and it only had one piece in it. My soft taco was covered in grease when I opened it. Absolutely horrible, don’t waste your money on this.

  What a horrible first impression that I had. Why does the staff not even notice my order? I was standing there for 10 mins With one other person in the store and they didn't even know I ordered anything. I wish I could order with a human being instead of a kiosk. There's also a woman who can barely stand up working in slow motion in the back. Long story short I will stick with the Belleville location when I desire taco bell. Never again

  Its crap. Be prepared to wait a long time for something so simple and small. Nobody knows what they are doing. Sucks i still have to drive to the one in belleville cuz they will have ur food ready fast and good.

  Came in during off hours. Was helped by a chill guy who I felt was being pressured by his rude manager. Even though I paid for them, I did not receive sauce on my taco nor the rice in my burrito. I asked if my burrito could be grilled since it wouldn't let me do it on the app, and they told me no, despite me not even receiving my food yet. I would understand if this was during peak hours, but me and my friend were the only people in that resturaunt other than the workers. They definitely could have, they were just lazy. When the worker was going to fill my drink, his manager told him no, and I have to fill it up. They also didn't put the hot sauce in the bag, although they are out in the open and I made sure to grab some. Avoid if you can! The Belleville location has better service and will get your food right!
