I told the person that gave me my food and they laughed in my face. Clearly the employees know what’s going on. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CHANGE AND ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT. The manager was a Hispanic looking 35+year old.

The manager does not help at all to resolve the team’s mistakes and seems to lack the experience needed for the position. Orders are almost always incorrect, and on top of that, the French fries are always overly salty. Very poor overall experience.

There have been multiple times I’ve gone through the drive thru in a rush and they’ve made me pull over and wait to get my order. I understand that it gets busy during peak hours, but it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get a damn hamburger here. If this weren’t the only McDonald’s in a convenient location for me I wouldn’t come here anymore.
