  Es la segunda vez que uso mis puntos (rewards) para agregar un breakfast sandwich a mi orden y es la segunda vez que la gente ahi lo ignora y no me dan nada, pero si me quitan los puntos en la aplicacion. Hoy como la ultima vez, ordene el desayuno para los 4 miembros de mi familia y nuevamente yo me quede sin desayuno. Y mi esposo le estaba hablando al encargado de hacer los sándwich y el simplemente nos ignoro. Desagradablemente no tenia tiempo de estar esperando q ellos quieran hacernos caso, y me tuve que ir, se supone que por eso usamos la app para que el servicio sea rapido de recoger y no entretenernos ahí demasiado.

  I will never ever go here again. #1 the manager is rude. I work down the street and if was freezing so I was waiting in the vestibule looking at the menu deciding what to order.. he said rudely "what are u doing are u buying Anything u can't stand here.. I replied I'm not sure what I want yet ... His response was "actually just leave the premises " #2 my order has been wrong every time prior to that incident. The staff doesn't care what they give u on my experience . I said I wanted xyz they give me abc .... Never again and I work in customer service

  I went to dunkin to buy me and my son coffee but I had to use the bathroom first the cashier said I had to buy something I said I'm going g to buy but let me use the bathroom first she would not take my order unless I bought something so I raised my voice the manager that was there told the cashier not to take my order because I was loud and he insulted me so I cursed at him they are very rude and the manager is very disrespectful why do I have to pay for what other people do in that dunkin donuts I just wanted so.e coffee n use the bathroom the manager should learn how to respect older people if you disrespect me im going to curse at you so worst experience ever I guess they have to much customers for my money

  Toasted croissant was great.It did not have burnt taste like other DKs do.
