  I went at 10pm today and there was no rice, barely any meat, very little side options and I don’t think they were planning on making any more, but the side for online orders were full, what I don’t understand is if you have a customer and you are missing things why can’t you get a little from the online order side while everything else is getting prepared (that is if there planning on preparing more) I normally go to the one in West Orange but I live closer to this one but never again.

  Poorly managed chipotle. Main line was out of many food items that were readily available in the online ordering cue and actively being prepared. I would recommend ordering online as they prioritize keeping that section stocked and will deny those food items from the main line, for example guac, lettuce, cheese, etc. Additionally, they discharged me for two items that I did not order so be sure to read your receipt. They struggled to resolve the issue, causing an additional five minute backup.

  When I went here they said there was no more Al pastor chicken. I said okay that’s fine. I requested a bowl and a burrito only the burrito to have beans and she put beans in both. I first corrected her but then said it’s okay, because it was close to closing. She threw the whole bowl out. She then tried to not give me a bowl at all and gave me a nasty attitude. I asked her to make another bowl and she hqd an attitude about that. While I was trying to be sensitive towards the fact that it was near closing time. She had an attitude with me for coming in at all. There is no reason why she had this kind of attitude or why she expressed these mannerisms towards me when I was trying to be understanding and cooperative with her and considerate of the fact that she was working towards the end of a closing shift. Regardless, she still seemed to be upset with me and not trying to be cooperative and throughout the last bit of white rice that she had in the boat. While other workers were not this difficult, she particularly ruined my experience while being there and made me discouraged from even coming to the location at all, as I live in Newark and there are plenty of other locations within my vicinity. I hope somebody addresses this issue and corrects her for the way that she addresses her customers.

  It appears management DO NOT take these 1 star reviews seriously. They respond abruptly with AI bots advising the customer to write to an email. Thank you to everyone for sharing the unprofessionalism and "I don't care as long as I'm getting paid" attitude from their staff. Your comments just stopped me from making a terrible mistake. Businesses this term holds truth-The WRONG employees will destroy your company!
