  I would have liked it but costume service was tarebul service and it was just not a good experience and somehow that ran out of ribs

  This was our second time coming here. The restaurant and arcade are very clean. Their games are great. The food is amazing. Both times we’ve eaten there it takes nearly an hour to get our food. The first time we sat and sat and sat in a completely empty restaurant at around lunch time. This time we had a reservation at 3:30p. We didn’t end up getting our food until 4:20p. It was pretty busy so we get it. We just relaxed with our sodas and chatted. The issue is that the waitress barely checked in on us or even gave the appearance of providing status updates. When we went to order she informed us that the $27 game card option would “only get us 4 or 5 games each.” Which isn’t true. I understand she was trying to upsell us to a new card tier but that’s not the way to do it. Our food was then dropped off 45 mins later with no silverware. My wife had to get up and ask the bartender if we could have utensils. When we went to pay my wife had to nearly track the waitress down so we could pay before we hit hour 2 of sitting there. Again we get it. It was super busy there. Overall we had a great time and will be back. We also love their app! I just think that their restaurant experience may need a little work.

  Went on valentines day so it was super busy. Wait time went from 45 to over an hour for a table. We just played games until shortly before we sat. Definitely worth the wait because the food came out great! Their honey habanero sauce is amazing!

  Our experience was not good. We were seated promptly for a table for two. The server took a little over five minutes to initially greet us and take our drink orders, which was fine. We placed our food orders and drink orders at the same time. It took about 40 minutes for the food to come out with the server even coming over on his own without any complaints from us to apologize for how long it was taking. The food finally came out and it was good with good portion size and flavor. We finished our meal and were excited to go to the game side. Except our waiter just never came back. We waited 20+ minutes after we finished eating without him checking on us so we could ask for the check. He eventually comes back over and we ask for the check, he comes back and leaves us with an electronic credit card processor. I try to use it and it says that the card reader is disconnected and the bill needs to be manually put in by the server. We wait another 5+ minutes and he comes back and finally takes our card. Finally we get to the game side. The first game we swiped where you have to bounce a ball or something on colored squares took our credits and didn't work. So then we went over to the wicked tuna game. I tapped my card and it took my credits and said I was ready to play. My wife then tapped her card and it took her credits but nothing happened. She tapped again, it took her credits and nothing happened. We could see the credit balance going down with every tap, but nothing was showing on the screen that the credits were put into the game. Finally, she tries another of the tap stations and it again takes her credits but finally allows her to play. Honestly the entire experience put a damper on my date night with my wife. I'm going to Round 1 in Deptford next time. The service was awful here and the games stole our credits at least three times without letting us play them. Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend.

  We’ve been here several times now and the place serves consistently good food and is always a fun time. Tonight we had John for our server…very attentive and polite. But tonight we also met Chris. I’m not sure if he is management or the tech person for the gains. But he absolutely made my son‘s night. My son is going to be talking about this night for months. What a great employee that you guys are lucky to have.
