They had a bar, with bar food options available. The little ones enjoyed themselves. However, my apple watch kept alarming the noise level was extremely loud. It was hard to hear each other at the table over the arcade games.

We then brought it to their attention, we got an attitude about it. Had pushback when we just wanted to adjust the gratuity to be based on the food and (poor) service. Just double check your bill is all we’re saying.
- EVEmily VJan 2, 20265.0Best Dave & Busters experience EVER! Even on a busy Saturday on a holiday weekend the staff was so friendly and service was faster than expected! Food is a little expensive - but portions are healthy and food is delicious. Every game we played worked. We stayed about 4 hours and were able to play anything we wanted. The customer service desk was crowded, but the line moved very fast and the staff was extremely friendly. They were so helpful! They swapped out old Dave & Buster’s cards from 2011 and transferred them to the new cards free of charge. The bartenders were fast and friendly. We have been to this D&B several times and we are excited to return! Very family friendly and clean.

- MMMichaela McclendonDec 16, 20251.0If I could give this Dave and busters 0 starts, trust me I would. Our bartender was incredibly rude when we paid for the bill and gave her a TIP. We had to call her twice for her to turn about and snatch the tip off of the table without even saying thank you or anything. We proceeded to ask for a manager, the manager approached us, offered free drinks then proceeded to bring the same bartender to us about the situation. Of course the bartender denied ever snatching the money off of the counter. The manager then proceeded to try to bribe us to get a free game card instead of free drinks , when he is the one who offered the free drinks in the first place. Long story short, we paid $100 and tipped the rude bartender and left. I highly suggest retraining management and recruiting better bartenders. This is the shift for 12/16 8pm
