Pissed off because I got in the DRIVE THRU line and could’ve just stayed there but one of your workers decided to tell me to get in the other line as she kept telling me to come she was watching my car so I’m thinking she was making sure I was clear of the pole/beams but no now I’m passenger side doors are all messed up. The line was longer in the side she wanted me to come on so it didn’t make sense. It just seems very unorganized.

Not good!
I didn’t want to believe the reviews because the location was brand new. I learned my lesson today.
#1 I’ve never heard a chic-fil-A employee use profanity until today in the drive thru. Tacky!
Our chicken nuggets were dried out. The waffle fries were heavy with oil.The design of the drive thru line is horrible. Instead of serving the cars in front of the line first, they deliver food to the 4th or 6th vehicle. This decision made it very difficult to exit the line safely.
Very unorganized. Doesn’t have the chil-fil-a signature service etiquette. I will stick to Voorhees for now.

This is a new location with new staff. If you have ever worked in retail or fast food you will understand this review. A new team takes time to adapt. You will at most have 1-3 seasoned employees or managers at a brand new location. Delays are expected! I still received great service even if I repeated my order 3 times, that’s okay because at the end of the day it was correct when I received it. The team is young and learning. Location is prime and needed! Be kind and patient! Thank you to the staff who prepared our breakfast with a smile, wish I got her name but she did great and made sure to let us know that it will be a little wait. Our wait was no more than 5 mins. Wishing them all luck and thank you again for breakfast!

I never go on day 1 but this is low quality compared to other openings (went the Friday after the grand opening). 1st why not have a safe walkway to and from the premier outlets, feels like a missed opportunity to link the areas. I only ordered something simple, kids meal grilled, diet lemonade, fries, 3 sauces, 1 chocolate milkshake.
The cherry was rotted and should have been spotted, the fries were fine. They gave me a regular fried vs what I asked for. When I ordered they were being trained but with an attitude. Compared to other locations where the staff is on top of it and polite.
Would not recommend till their quality is better. Also the playground still has that off gassing smell and needs to be vented but when inside was 75 and outside was 70 it was not a pleasant indoor experience.

I’m trying to give grace because I understand they recently opened but they have some ways to go to get as operationally sound as other locations. Twice I’ve gone for breakfast and my name was wrong, the first time they even put a question mark at the end? The second time they gave me the wrong sandwich (and just put the letter A for my name) I didn’t see my sandwich was wrong until I got to work. Today was my final try and I had to get just a refund because the food wasn’t ready for my sandwich and I couldn’t wait any longer. I’d say wait another month or so before going there. The lady who gave my refund wasn’t even pleasant or apologetic about the wait. She wanted me to pull my car up to wait for my sandwich but I just wanted my money back since I needed to leave for work. She seemed annoyed that I asked for a refund.
