- EAErtugrul AkkayaSep 11, 20251.0I went this place today which is september 11 2025 5.20 pm.I had small hot coffee light with 2 sugar .When i get this coffee it was cold and then i asked the girl that this coffee is cold.She was super rude and she said this light coffee .I said i didnt get this coffee like this first time ,this coffee is cold she changed it but she didnt even say sorry .I went this place couple time before everytime that i go there they werent treating customer nice.I believe that bernardville dunkin donut owner also own the watchung dunkin donuts.Mostly i go to Watchung because close where i live .The watchung dunkin donuts employees are very nice .I ll contact to manager tomorrow .I ll tell her that whoever comes there employees are rude at bernardville dunkin donut horrible.If i cant reach i ll contact to head quarter of dunkin donuts to complain.They dont have any clue that how to treat the customers.
