    if I could give zeros I would, waited yesterday for 15 mins for 3 food items, avoid and go to the dunkin in pine hill, worst staff ever

    The staff are friendly, but the atmosphere is not great. It's a dive coffee shop giving the least amount of quality possible while still grasping at some clientele. I have been there a few times and enjoyed myself because of the people I am with. I probably would not frequent this place if i wasn't asked to meet there by a friend, but I will never recommend it.

    One of, if not the better/best of DD‘s I’ve ever been too. the key is service and the star when I go there is Allen! He’s always up beat and right on with my orders! He better get a raise and then some. When others messed up my order, he went above and beyond to fix it. DD is lucky to have an employee as exemplary as him!

    It wasn't even a half hour before they closed and we were told "our frozen machine is down" which are key words for "I already cleaned them (way too early) and don't feel like cleaning them again". Not a great way to satisfy customers.
