- JGJ Gutic3 days ago1.0This is easily the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I have ever visited. The level of disorganization and slow service is unacceptable. Despite having several employees on staff, it took over 10 minutes just to receive a basic cup of coffee. Orders are handled carelessly, and the overall operation feels sloppy and poorly managed. The drive-through experience is even worse. Wait times can reach 25 minutes or more because orders are taken extremely slowly and there is often no one stationed at the window. Customers are left sitting with no explanation or sense of urgency, which is incredibly frustrating for what should be a quick-service establishment. To make matters worse, the employee at the window had a clear attitude, acting as though customers were an inconvenience rather than people supporting the business. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no accountability for the excessive delays. This was, without question, the worst service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin’ Donuts. The combination of slow service, poor organization, and rude behavior makes this location one I will actively avoid in the future. I would not recommend this store to anyone unless significant improvements are made.
