    This is the fifth time that after I pay for my order I am told to park in the front and wait. The issue is that it takes a really long time, sometimes 15+ minutes to get my order, and it is always missing something, then it takes even longer to get it fixed. To me it seems that they are manipulating the drive through order time for their leaderboard.

    I ordered through the app and upon arrivaI was told that my order was given to someone else. The employee then stared at me as if I would just say OK and drive away. I asked for the manager and she also explained that my food was already picked up and also stared at me as if that was my problem. I told them that I was in no way responsible for their negligence and demanded that they temake my order. Before agreeing to remake my order, she remarked that I "should be more careful next time". At this point I got angry and shouted back at her that it is they that need to be more careful and not hand drive-thru orders to people who walk into the store on foot. The audacity of this manager to suggest that I was at fault for their screwup is unbelievable.
