  If I could go lower I would. These employees have no flippen clue how to make the drinks. These are not dunkin trained baristas. If you are trying to get the drink you have been for YEARS getting at every other location no problem, this is not one of those places. Do not waste your money at this location. 23 year dunkin veteran here. if your coffee means a much to you as it does to me, I am telling you go to another dunkin. Don't even humor the thought, "maybe it won't happen to me", it will. You will be disappointed. I was heated but i did give the girl one more chance to rectify under exact instructions. She made the second one worse than the first. This interaction got me so unbelievably angry I just threw the drink away. TWICE! nah yo. Train your people correctly or give up the franchise.
