  Looks like it's under new management. Was king arms diner now it's sunny side. Even though the outside sign still says king arms as of 12/20/25. Food was good. Typical diner fare

  Sunny Side Diner is such a great local spot! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always on top of things. The food comes out fresh, hot, and exactly how you want it classic diner comfort done right. The place is clean, cozy, and perfect for breakfast or a quick bite any time of day. One of my go-to spots in Middletown! Highly recommend.

  Recurring mediocre service. Ordered a skillet breakfast, got eggs and corned beef hash on a plate. Server said “sometimes they just do it that way”. Also got while toast despite asking for rye.
