  Surprisingly good sandwiches & lunch items. Well made, good quality ingredients seem to be used. Burger & fries was excellent, juicy, & generously portioned. Cali chix sandwich made with fresh bread & veggies. I was truly surprised that lunches are better than a diner! I don’t often have bagels so can’t comment on that, but the coffee is good.

  This is by far the best Joe's. I live closer to another one but take the ride because the food is always amazing. The associates are always friendly and greet me when I come in no matter how busy they are. The manager is always working hard and does her best to get to every customer as soon as possible. She's always so bright and cheerful and that goes a long way when there is a line. In my opinion this is the best Joe's in the area

  I love this grill in the heart of Beachwood. Fresh baked goods from muffins, bagels to my favorite dietetic flaggles. Service with a smile and homemade cream cheeses spreads Specialty sandwiches named after seashore towns .. Its always clean and a real boost to our town!!!!

  Hands down, one of the best bagels my husband and I have had in a long time! I ordered the pork roll, egg, and cheese on an egg everything bagel—it tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. We were also recommended to try the blueberry French toast bagel, and it did not disappoint. I had it with butter, and it was amazing! The bagels are clearly fresh, the service was quick and friendly, and overall it was a pleasure eating at Joe’s Bagel and Grill. Highly recommend!

  I have never loved this place, but find myself stopping in from time to time because the location is convenient. I called on Christmas Eve morning at 9 am to place an order for a dozen loose bagels to be picked up the next morning (Christmas day) at 10:45 am. I was met with a nasty tone on the phone, as if it was a bother for me to be ordering so last minute. If they couldn’t accommodate my order of 12 bagels more than 24 hours in advance, I should have been told so on the phone. I do understand that it was a last minute order the day before a major holiday. The woman I spoke to was nasty, and kept telling me to hold on because the “order wasn’t going through.” On Christmas, my boyfriend showed up at 10:45 (the exact time that was agreed upon) to pick up the bagels and was told there was no order under my name, and they were out of bagels. I received no phone call earlier in the morning to inform me that they had run out, nor could they even admit after the fact they simply sold the food I ordered before I got there to pick it up. They insisted that the order was never made. I called after my boyfriend left the store to try and straighten everything out. After 3 calls they finally picked up..just to leave the phone off the hook and on the counter. When I finally got through to someone, I was not offered a resolution or even an apology. I was told the woman I spoke to the day before was not working, and I would receive a call back after they call her and talk to her about the situation. That was yesterday morning, and still have heard nothing. In my opinion, pretty terrible way to deal with someone that you just left breakfast-less on Christmas morning. Will never be back!
