I said to the man who was making pizza how is it possible to have my pie done in two minutes after I walked in (not a pre-order) he laughs and said sorry. I asked could I get the slice while I’m waiting for the pizza he then tell the girl in Spanish give him both. Again, No I want a fresh pie I won’t take that pie that was sitting there. My grandmother ran her own restaurant, and let me tell you Capri made it very difficult for me to ever walk back in there again. My ricotta slice was barely above room temp so I had to wait a reheat it at home. The plain pie had enough cheese and it was good, it just felt like dentistry work to just get him to make me a fresh pie. I can understand the urge to collect the money. They asked for it before they tried pulling a fast one they raised the asking price because I asked for a fresh pie, which in my opinion violates customer service to the max. The only reason I gave two stars is because the counter girls were nice and I have a soft spot for small businesses.
