  Ordered online, Wings were delicious, after I warmed them up. The food was chilled but I associated that with the cold weather and the 45min wait after they were taken from the oven for their Quality Check.

  Employees are extra rude. I placed an order with them it was the wrong items. When I called the guy who answered was rude and told me it’s not his fault that I didn’t put the order properly this place is not a good place to go to. No customer services what so ever

  Three hours to get told they delivered it , never did , no help when you call back to inquire where your food is , never again

  Terrible. Last time we ordered deliver took 2+ hours to be delivered. This time we ordered $50 of food and it said an hour estimated delivered. Almost 2.5 hours later it still said being made. Called and got no where (it hangs up after 3-4 minutes wait). Went to the store - the first guy was condescending and rude, didn’t understand why we’d be annoyed and we should know/just accept that they’re busy.. oh but he’ll refund the $4.99 delivery fee since I’m there to get the food.. 🤦‍♂️ The store manager stepped in- she was nice but is either is being set up for failure/fighting a very uphill battle or she’s just in over her head. She was saying the app doesn’t update how busy they are, most orders are 2 hours or so it’s not just us and that they’re understaffed so not much they can do. After voicing my frustration with the lack of updates and the estimated time being soooo far off they refunded the order saying they’re hiring more people and it’ll be fixed soon etc. But seeing all of the reviews it seems this store has been this way for a while and they've made no progress. Store won’t succeed much longer it continues like this
