  First time visiting. When you get there its not clear whether you are waited on. We were told to order at the counter and they would bring the food to the dining area. It seems to be a take out place. We were seated and everything was served in to-go containers. The place is clean and the art is beautiful. Substantial serving for the price. We ordered the rice con guandules and pernil. This came with beans, 1 Maduro and 1 toston. We also ordered the Pollo guisado with the arroz con gualdules. That also came with a side of beans 1 Maduro and 1 toston. The meals were plentiful I was just not impressed with the seasoning and spices. It did not taste like authentic Puerto Rican food although the display and smells were there.

  when i moved here, i didn’t expect to find puerto rican cuisine this genuine anywhere outside of my own home. this place tastes like my childhood, wonderful atmosphere with games to play at your table and outdoor seating as well. they even have champagne cola sometimes too!!!!!!! incredible spot and wonderful staff 🖤

  I’ve been working my way through the menu this week and absolutely everything has been great! The portions are big and the prices are super reasonable!

  Tostones were rubbery. They need to be eaten fresh. Acuppuria didn’t have enough filling so they were a bit dry. You guys are doing amazing though. The red beans are delicious! Better than my sister’s.

  Well, here you have it. Authentic Puerto Rican food in bayville, nj. They have it so. Empanada, Rellenas de papa( potato ball with meat inside), pernil(picnic shoulder pig), etc. The flavor, presentation and the atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. I highly recommend those in the area to drop by. You will not be disappointed.
