Not only was I handed the wrong size item, but when I politely pointed out the mistake, this person responded with unnecessary attitude, as if I was the one at fault. This level of service is unacceptable. Either this employee needs to go back through basic training to relearn customer service or should no longer be in a position that interacts with guests. I expect better from McDonald’s — mistakes happen, but there’s no excuse for disrespect toward customers.

This place is delicious, has hot food, it’s clean, quiet, and the employees were chill. The waits usually didn’t take longer than 10 minutes and I could enjoy myself in the mean time. And I go here almost every week. It’s pretty to addicting. That Karen I saw when I first came here was pretty bad though, good job management.
