Every dunkin ive been to in my life has done that except this one where they refused saying the manager doesn't allow it. So I am really confused. Not one person but two at the location said. Manager said no. I am just wondering why.

Hot chocolate was cold , way too sweet and still had clumps. Didn't even heat up the milk. Absolutely disgusting! I'll be going to QuickChek from now on.
