- RSRiya SharmaApr 2, 20261.0I've been coming to this Dunkin' location for a while and have always had a decent experience — until recently. A new staff member has completely changed the vibe of this place. His attitude toward customers is rude, dismissive, and frankly unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I really hope management takes a close look at who they're putting on the front line, because this person is actively driving customers away. I will not be returning until this is addressed. ⭐☆☆☆☆
- NSNik Di SalvoFeb 6, 20264.0Not a bad Dunkin. The staff was very friendly and was very busy the whole time I was there. I stopped in after a doctor's appointment and while waiting for the bus. There were only 3 tables in there, I assume holdover from the COVID social distancing days. I lucked out and there was an empty when I got there, but a mother and child were at a loss when they walked in and wanted to sit. Thankfully an older woman was heading out and gave them the table, but having more tables would be good. The store stayed pretty quiet until the after school rush started and noise picked up. Never rowdy, but boisterous. Nothing that would prevent conversation or disturb you if you were wearing headphones. But if you were sitting and reading without them, you might be distracted. Very convenient location in midtown Bayonne.

- KOK OSep 9, 20221.0I was denied a refund for an order I DID NOT TOUCH by the manager, MARY. When asked why she stated, "I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES AFTER AN ORDER BEEN PURCHASED" which left me baffled. In the 10+ years of coming to Dunkin Donuts I never heard of such absurd policy. In fact, I never heard of a legal business that refused to refund a customer for unworn, unused, or UNEATEN items unless clearly displayed that all sales are final!
