My very last order was marked as delivered yet I haven't received it. I got connected with the driver who barely spoke english and kept repeately screaming at me delivered, delivered. I called the store itself and was hung up on multiple times. I disputed the charge through my credit card. After leaving a bad feedback through email, the female manager called me, aknowledged the situation, apologized and promised to address it with the store staff, block the driver from future orders and issue refund on the goods that I haven't received. Fast forward 10 days I'm still waiting to get my money back, no action was taken. I will not order from them again. Shame on the manager as well.

Ordered food for dinner online, along with a salad with grilled chicken in it, and took it home only to find out there was a salad, but no chicken at all. Called the location and asked for a manager, who advised me they would refund only the chicken portion back to our credit card, and add a free meal up to $15 or so, onto our next online order, which never happened. No refund ever posted to our bank for the chicken we never received, and under our Panera account, there is no free meal offering whatsoever. We were scammed. Should have known better. Last time we were in there for breakfast, there were bugs flying all over the place, and very sticky/nasty floors. We will never go back, not even for free. Avoid at all costs. Not the least bit recommended to anyone.
