She gave us the most amazing service the food was above average, and the atmosphere inside was amazing. She came around to check everything was up to our standards and even brought around a sample of their new product.

There was a time when Panera meant quality food and service and customers didn’t mind paying higher prices. Now the service and quality of food seem to have gone down at least at this location. Ordered soup and veggie sandwich for to go. First they threw all food in one bag, all bread open. Asked and was told they only pack larger orders (rest they dump). When opened veggie sandwich at home, it was full of ham. Called restaurant twice to complain and get a refund and manager hung up twice. Ended up throwing entire order in trash. Poor quality food and worse customer service. Old staff was much friendlier and seem to know what they were doing.
