Just like with every other fast food chain now a days they just simply do not care there no thing as customer service they sit on there cell phones and than I wonder why my ranch isn’t in my bag when I drive 20 mins home I mean is the job that hard to put ranch in the bag my food was cold and under cooked barely any sauce I also waited for 20 minutes there were 2 other customers in there store and I only got two things .. got home no ranch or blue cheese in bag ! Place is gross
