  All I wanted was a medium hot coffee after placing my order i had to wait 5 min . The employees were goofing around and throwing things at each other . I had to beep the horn to see what is taking so long for a coffee. Finally got my coffee and as she handed it to me I noticed the coffee was not hot. So I told her I asked for a hot coffee. For $3.29 I expected my coffee hot. So they gave me another one which was the same amount of time 5 min. That coffee was Luke warm. I understand kids need a job but at least do your job. The manager really needs to step it up unless she is a kid herself. This is not the 1st time it has happened.

  I don’t come to this location often, but I do go to Dunkin’ Donuts every single morning for my coffee… For many many years… I also used to manage at Dunkin for many many years… I don’t know what is wrong with this specific locations coffee but The iced coffee is way too watered down. I can barely taste it and the dairy machine needs to be fixed because it’s definitely dispensing too much cream. I had the girl Remake my drink and it still came out bad…

  I asked for light ice, don’t see any light ice. It’s a shame because I’m a regular customer for 2 years now with mobile orders but I’m just gonna stop coming here because it’s always a problem recently with these drinks they can’t seem to make it correct. It’s like a waste of money at this point.

  Not usually one to complain in reviews, but here I am since I had serve so bad experiences at this dunkin, not even with the food and drinks but the employees. It really needs new staff or something. Yesterday around 2, I waited about 10 minutes just for someone to take my order. There were only three cars in front of me, and no one was available at the speaker. This was on a Saturday, they should really have more staff, or at least the good people on. When an employee finally took my order, she was very rude just saying “okay,” “okay,” and “pull up,” without even apologizing for the wait or being polite at all. There was a lot of attitude and no friendliness what so ever. Every time I come here, most of the employees act the same way, except for one girl who is always friendly. I also paid extra for a specific cold foam, but they gave me the wrong one. When I said something (especially after waiting so long), they just put the correct one on top of the other instead of fixing it properly. That was just lazy & set me off completely.

  Drive thru got our order wrong 4 times, common it’s coffee for goodness sake. So much for drive thru for expediency. I really should have given a 1 but they do get it right 50% of the time. Such a shame but only go here if you have time to waste
