  Multiple malfunctioning or broken order screens. I drove an hour to get there, to find the milkshake machine was broken. I'll think twice before going back here.

  If I coule give zero stars, I would. This restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Pull up to the order window, told to go to order through the drive through instead. Waited over 20 minutes stuck in the drive through before we could order, with cars behind us. Finally order food and it was missing items and what I did get was incorrect. The food was terribly disgusting. Cold food, hard stake bread. Went back up tot the "restaurant" and was afraid to get stuck in the line again. Popped in the propped open door and it was SO dirty. The "manager" said oh yea, you pulled away before I could give you the rest of your food. Even though he told me literally that's it as HE handed it to me. I wasted $30 of my hard-earned money on 2 burgers, cold fries, soggy and tasteless tater tots, half a container of chicken tenders and watery slushie. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN!

  It's a shame your restaurant in Audubon, NJ is a disaster. I pulled into the drive thru at 4pm today. There were 4 cars in front of me. By the time I got to the area to place my order, it was 4:20pm. And what do I find? A handwritten sign that said no grilled items, only fried stuff. Well 20 minutes in line to leave with nothing since I was ordering 2 double sonic smashers and 2 vanilla shakes. Unacceptable. There should be a sign placed someone further out because in their drive thru, once you get to a certain point, you cant get out of line due to the concrete barriers. Poor, poor service.
