  Pulled up to car slot and pressed red button. Was told to come to drive thru...no cars in front of us but no one ever came to the speaker to place our order. Just drove away. I dont know what the problem is here but wont be back

  I went to order through the drive thru & I was told to wait for about almost 10 mins before someone finally took my order, only to then say my order over 3 times for the person to finally understand what I wanted. Mind you It was not a complex order and he didn’t seem to know what ocean water was… and then i got to the window and had to wait another 10 mins to actually receive my food. Never experienced this at another sonic, maybe the person was working alone that night? I’m not sure but if he was that’s not fair on the employee and management has to do better.

  Really don't understand how this place is still in business. Terrible people, terrible service, terrible food.

  Pulled up to the drive thru, we were told to wait a second before our order was taken, that’s understandable. What’s not understandable is the fact that the (seemingly only) employee walked out the back door to have a conversation with two of her friends. We sat there waiting for another 10 minutes as they chatted. We pulled off to shop at a nearby store, which we spent another 10 minutes shopping at. We came back to the Sonic to see if the employee was done, but no, still talking outside. Maybe they were on break, but that has to be communicated. This location may need more employees.
