  My wife was kind enough to grab me a quick meal on her way home. She didn’t realize they didn’t give her my food until she got back. After calling seven times and being forwarded to voicemail, I decided to go to Restaurant. After giving all the pertinent information the woman there said she couldn’t find my order and there was nothing she could do and advise. I come back another day so her manager can look into it to see what they can do. I’m not sure how offering to look into it another day for me solve my problem of not having anything to eat now, but I just wasted an hour of my life. I understand things happen but an $11 meal is a small price to pay to resolve an issue for a customer, then refused to offer any assistance. I will Not be returning to this location. I suggest anyone reading this to consider doing the same.

  FYI, The playplace at this location closes at 7 pm. This information is not available online. You are not allowed to have food and drink in the playplace room. I'd recommend the one is Shrewsbury if you're looking for a playplace. It does not close and you can sit and eat in the room while the kids play. When I came at 7, the chairs in the dinning room where all up as if they were closing, dispite the dining room being open until 11 pm.

  Most of the time it’s terrible..The other times it’s shockingly ok…just ordered breakfast I live down the street the food was half cold half hot when I got home it’s only 8 blocks exactly manager wanted me to drive back in the freezing cold for a “fresh” order I’m sorry but my microwave works better than yours apparently wish I can give minus stars
