Had a very good Osso Bouco, tender wagyu cooked in a nice red sauce, sides of potatoes and Brussels Sprouts were all good. A piece of filet mignon had a very gamey taste and smell and nowhere near The Palm expectations. The situation was promptly and correctly handled by the management. We had a very nice dessert of fresh hot zeppoles served with three tasty sauces. The service was superb on a very quiet night.

Fish and steak lovers will enjoy the many selections available to them, but vegetarians will find the menu limited. However, the kitchen is flexible, and will prepare dishes off the menu. They have an extensive wine list, as well. Take the escalator next to P.F. Chang and Carmine's on the lower level of the Quarter.

Ribeye and chicken parm are like no other. Absolutely delicious! The service was friendly and attentive. Unbelievable how knowledgeable the service staff is at the Palm. Over all the whole experience was fantastic! Thank you Palm AC we will be back.

The service just seemed impersonal, aloof, and not showing both people proper attention, care, and happiness. The young waiter acted like he didn’t want to be there and that’s easy to pick up. I think a positive attitude and making the client feel special would be so much better. I recommend Ocean Steak and Morton’s Steakhouse instead.
