Super friendly, on point with everything, and you could tell he really cared about making sure we had a great experience. He kept checking in at the perfect times, had a great attitude, and made the whole visit feel fun and easy. If anyone deserves to win this contest he’s told us about, it’s definitely Dan. he went above and beyond!

We had the jerk chicken and shrimp pasta and the Cajun ny strip with the bourbon shrimp. Absolutely delicious!! Definitely will be back due to the great hospitality. Thank you Theresa!

The restaurant was very busy, but we were seated quickly and our server, Devon, greeted us quickly, He was polite and very attentive to our requests as there were several adjustments to our order for dietary needs. Understandably, it took some time for appetizers and then our meal, but Devon circled back frequently to keep us updated and get any drink refills. This was a casual celebration for us so we’re were not in a big rush. We were surprised and very grateful when the manager came and apologized for the delay and expressed that the issue was not with Devon and our appetizers were gratis. The food was delicious! Rainforest is a very special place for our family as it was the favorite restaurant for our grandson who recently passed away. His sister, our granddaughter, always chooses Rainforest to celebrate her birthday in memory of her brother.
