  For some reason the workers here find it very difficult to include a common item in someone’s order. Ordered wings as part of my order and they somehow forgot this. Even the customer service is below average, you aren’t speaking to a human, you’re just speaking to a robot forced to regurgitate the same rhetoric the “higher ups” program them to say. Still have not received a refund for my missing item and it’s been over a week. This is not the first instance either. Save your money, and taste buds.

  The guy that took our order was not personable. But when I asked about extra sauce he told me that there was a charge. But when we got to where we were staying he did add the extra sauce without an extra charge. So, he gets an extra 🌟

  Only gave one Star. Because there's no zero stars. First after the staff is done doing under the table food deals with the local "ladies of the night " You can look at their menu with all the prices blacked out. But can give you a deal on a one topping large for 15$. And watch the cashier put in some bogus code and slip that sale into their pocket. So don't use credit/debit.

  I was on vacation and had never been to this location before. It was a late night after spending the entire day at the beach, and we decided to order pizza. We customized our pizza to our liking and also ordered a cookie. When the order was delivered, the pizza was incorrect — it was missing toppings and condiments — and the cookie was burnt. In addition, the delivery driver claimed he did not have change for our cash payment, which made me feel as though he simply wanted to keep the extra amount as a tip. Because we were tired, we did not eat the pizza that night. The following morning, I called the store to report the issue. The manager informed me that she could not issue a refund because, according to her, I had been to the store before and she had “heard my voice.” I explained that I was on vacation and had never been to that store in my life. She then asked me to bring the pizza in person, which I had no problem doing since I had no reason to lie about the situation. I feel the way I was treated was unprofessional and unacceptable. To be accused of dishonesty over the phone, instead of being helped as a customer, was disappointing and disrespectful. Because of this experience, I would never order from this location again.
