Despite , the number one ac tourism website, DoAc.com had their happy hour listed as 4 to 7 pm, we were informed that happy hour ended at 630. Since we arrived before 630, we asked to speak to a manager. We were informed in a rude, condescending tone thst it was past the 630 and we were screwed. The manager Audrey, was unprofessional and appeared to be unqualified to handle customer issues and xomplaints complaints we left, we will ne er return. I was expressive in my dissatisfaction. I asked 'Audey' , the manager for her full name, she refused i give that info.
