LandShark Bar & Grill is the only year-round full-service bar and restaurant on the sand side of the Boardwalk. Ideally located on 200 feet of prime beach frontage at the site of the Old Steeplechase Pier, LandShark Bar & Grill brings its guests to the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. Inspired by the great "beach joints" that once dotted the Atlantic Coast, the venue features retractable walls to provide spectacular views of the ocean and places guests in the center of the action on the beach and Boardwalk. Inside, guests will find surfing artifacts to honor the great Atlantic City surfing tradition.

- CCCire728Dec 30, 20255.0Came for happy hour and stayed for a couple hours. We had fish and chips, huli huli chicken and the ahi tuna nachos. The food and drinks were good and our server Morgan was attentive and proffesional.

Our chicken sandwich had the smallest , skinniest flattest chicken Patty, where the bun was wayyy bigger than the patty, and brown lettuce. We added fries to that and maybe received like 10 French fries that were overcooked. We got my son Mac and cheese with green beans and the Mac and cheese looked and tasted as if it was straight out of the Kraft box, was very dry and served cold along with his green beans. The only plus side to this visit was the nachos were very good, was very upset about the other dishes.

It is/was Christmas eve and I was looking for a place with a view and not far from the hotel I was at (Resorts). The service was good,. The waitress I had was attentive and accommodating...very nice. However, the food was lacking. I first ordered the mixed greens salad. The title was greatly misleading. It was simply lettuce, romaine I think, with a spattering of chopped tomatoes and a sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese. I sent it back. I then ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. Not so good either. The sandwich came with chips, those were good (sort of), the chicken on the sandwich was a little tough...so again a disappointing choice. Would I come back here again...yes...for the ambiance and beer, NOT for the food.

We were one of three tables being served, and it took ten minutes to get our beers served. The bill was exorbitant. We got mostly burgers and beers with one appetizer. $150.00. I know restaurants are expensive, but wow, at least heat the place. The waitress was very courteous. Never going back!
