- AAAli Ali2 days ago1.0After waiting 1 hours and 30 minutes, the order was marked delivered. Was on call for Literally 20 minutes before I spoke to a person. Customer Service is ZERO for the store. Saw a lot of other similar reviews regarding customer service. There resolution was to contact 3rd party for refund. Instead of trying to find out what actually happened. They claim driver dropped it off. I asked what time, so I can provide them the footage, showing order was not delivered. Again I was told to reach out to 3rd party for a refund. No attempt to resolve issue from their side. If anyone is thinking of a Delivery, Try at your own risk. And as far as customer service goes, you can read other reviews.

(i usually tip 95% of the time) the driver was absolutely rude. he said "maybe tip next time, not everything is free". awful customer service from the store after calling about this as well.
