  This was the worst experience at a Dunkin. Waited 35 minutes to order, and the person at the counter was rude. He was handling cash, making beverages and handling food, and never washed hands after handling cash. The store was dirty everywhere. This was a very inappropriate situation. This franchise should be closed immediately for gross mismanagement.

  Never experienced this at any other Dunkin. My mom purchased a couple of donuts once we got to the room she realized the donuts weren't all that good one tasted funny and one was hard when she went to take them back they were closed so early the next morning my mom asked for a manger a supervisor came out a young man my mom explained what happened he asked my mom why didn't she bring them back last night she explained they were closed he got nasty and told her there was nothing he can do she asked why can't he give her fresh donuts. He said it was against store policy. After a few words he told her he would do it that time but it won't happen again. Very disrespectful young man and that policy is ridiculous

  I was staying over for a night, this had to be the actual worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin. I ordered a dunkalatte, which I get every day. I know what it tastes like. I waited a good 15 minutes and when I finally got my order it was not made with the coffee milk. The whole point of a dunkalatte. It was not sweet at all. I asked nicely to have it remade I understand mistakes happen, no big deal. The big deal was the manager argued with me that it was made correctly and “I didn’t know what I was talking about” Wow! Some customer service tips for you all that work there, you don’t argue! You just remake the drink! I know the difference of regular milk and the coffee milk. Do your job right or don’t work at a coffee shop. Will never order from here again.

  on the weekend mornings this is the only takeout place to get coffee, and the lines are ridiculously long. if the people running Ballys cared which there are many examples they don’t, they would do better.. I like Dunkin coffee, but if they were trying to make the world’s worst bagel, they would get 5 stars for that.

  Super lento el servicio para que al final después de esperar casi 20 minutos ser atendidos salgan con que no podmeos usar el método de pago Rewards de la app... Solo una persona tomando ordenes y otra preparando.. Necesitan más personal aquí y evitar esa largas filas de espera para un café.. Ni intentes buscar ordenar en línea por que tampoco reciben órdenes. Si en pereona no se dan a basto atendiendo mucho menos si agregan la opción de ordenar en línea 😝😂
