I'm disappointed in the service I received at the Dunkin' location I visited. When I asked for a box of coffee to be poured into a thermos, the staff seemed put off and refused to accommodate my request. Instead of offering a solution or a kind explanation, I was told that they couldn't pour coffee into a customer-provided container due to "the law."
As a customer, I understand that there may be policies in place, but it's the tone and attitude that matters. A simple "I wish I could do that for you, but unfortunately, our policy doesn't allow us to pour coffee into customer-provided containers" would have gone a long way in making me feel heard and understood.
I was asked to risk transporting hot coffee into a thermos myself, which I found concerning. I believe that customer service should prioritize empathy and understanding, especially when dealing with potentially hazardous situations.
I hope that the management and staff will take this feedback to heart and work on improving their customer service skills. I would appreciate the opportunity to have a better experience at this location in the future.

I occasionally stop at this Dunkin’ when I’m traveling in the area. The staff is always very friendly. My beverage is perfect every time!

Food is always under cooked or cold still. Sweet tea is about as watered down as Burger Kings whoopers.

People are friendly. But the place could really use a deep clean. Window/doors look disgusting. I didn’t even want to touch the touchscreen ordering device. It doesn’t seem like anyone cleans anything.
