Today was the last day I’ll be going to this location. I went there to pick up an online order. They didn’t have to correct foam for the top of the drink. (Wife’s drink) So I didn’t think it was a big deal. So I took the drink back to our house and my wife didn’t like it and wanted to exchange the drink. So I went back to this Dunkin and they told me that they couldn’t do that. Because the manager told them that they can’t do that. I told them that is a lie and I have a right to exchange or return a drink if I’m dissatisfied. The worker goes on and says I’ll do it for you this one time. These owners own a couple of Dunkin’ Donuts and all of them are terrible. Jefferson 2 stores Sparta 1 store. Hopatcong 1 store. And anyone giving 5 stars on reviews is either their own workers or the owners themselves. They don’t even update their inventory online so people can order the right stuff. Avoid these Dunkin’s if you can. I keep giving them a chance thinking maybe they can even get an order right and I’m always dissatisfied.

This facility has been consistently slow, and orders for multiple items don't seem to be made at the same time. There's always waiting time for one or the other. Other stores in the area are much better

I avoid this location as often as possible. It’s a most convenient location for me but ai’ll go out of my way to use a different location Several times I’ve been asked to reposition or back up my vehicle after stopping at what appears to be the correct spot in order to complete payment or receive my order. It creates an awkward and slightly unsafe situation since I’m trying to avoid getting too close to the building or damaging my mirrors. While I respect employing persons with disabilities, I think that employment should consider the employees experience as well as the customer experience. Someone with limited ability to extend their arm shouldn’t be working the drive-up window. I’m sorry to be so direct but it should be common sense.

I have been a Dunkin' coffee drinker for 25 years. I've always been a Dunkin Girl. Since January 2026, The coffee at this location has tasted Burnt, regardless of The type of coffee or espresso. Also is watered down as if they reused whatever was left from the previous day. I never thought I'd be preferring Starbucks' Coffee
i tried to order Dunkin again this morning, hoping it improved. I got an Iced Cappuccino, and it tasted like burnt dirty water.

I have been coming here for over a year and my kids love the snacks and the hash browns! It is always very clean . The drinks were made great. Inside and in the drive through I constantly have great service at least 3 times a month when i take the kids . Also i typically go in the evening the young man Gabe is always very friendly and attentive.
