  While we were waiting for our food we seen on of the lady’s working fries with no gloves or hair net and she was wearing artificial hair then she starts counting money with no gloves on then without washing her hands started touching the fries and the fries boxes it just made me us not want to eat the food let alone pay for it this was around 6:40 at night and I’ve seen horrible service from the same female before

  was very slow, saw someone eat a fry out of the bag then go and bring it to the table, rude attitude.

  The McDonald's in Absecon, NJ was very chaotic with an unprofessional atmosphere..Employees were not in uniform and the whole scene was disorganized. They did not give us the right sauces and no receipt.

  BEWARE: On the evening of January 21, 2026, my daughter and a friend stopped in to make a to-go purchase at the counter. She inadvertently left her cell phone on the counter. When she realized, we immediately telephoned and were told by an employee that they had the phone. My daughter went back to get the phone that night and noticed that it was severely damaged. One or more of the employees must have been very bored and thought it would be okay to damage someone’s personal property by taking a sharp object and smashing the edges of the phone in numerous areas as if trying to remove the glass. The next morning, I telephoned the store and spoke with the manager. I requested that they please review the video tapes since the phone was left near the register hoping that the cameras would have captured which employee(s) purposedly damaged the phone and the object they used to do it. She said that she was unable to access the tapes, but the General Manager could and she would have him contact me as soon as he arrived. The GM never contacted me despite another telephone call later that day. That evening my daughter went to the police department and filed a report of the damage. To date, despite numerous telephone calls and requests from myself and the police department, the General Manager continues to ignore all requests. When you telephone, the staff will not even provide the General Managers name. PLEASE, IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY AND HEALTH, DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. If their employees are so bored and have zero respect for personal property, imagine what they are capable of doing to the food they prepare.

  So I go this morning to order to brakefast sandwiches first they put egg n i told them no egg n the other sandwiches was to be a steak egg cheese muffin they got me another sandwich or replaces just the meat n then the one with the egg they just took the egg off pieces of egg were on the sandwich still n the muffin for that sandwich was hard couldn't even it the damn thing both were cold n cheese not melted so I will never go there again there is no reason that it wasn't even 6 in the morning no line and cant even make food right I will be calling this place today n calling corporate.... places really need to get their workers online and also the staff was very rude had an attitude dont say good morning ir have a good day back or nothing all trash dont go unless u dont wanna eat n be pissed off n outta money smh
