When I received my large meal, there were barely 10 fries in the box. I went back to politely show her, and she told me she couldn’t give me any more because “Dairy Queen weighs the fries.” For a large meal, the portion was unacceptable, and her attitude made the experience even worse. This used to be my favorite location, but after this visit, I left frustrated and unsatisfied. I hope management addresses both the customer service and the portion quality because this is not the experience I expect from Dairy Queen.
