  During my recent visit to pick up DoorDash orders, I experienced a significant delay. Although staff indicated they were attempting to assist with the orders, they were unable to prepare them because there was no one available to work on the assembly line. As a result, approximately seven DoorDash orders remained unprepared and sat waiting for about 35 minutes, with no customers entering the store during that time. This created an unusual situation where multiple orders were delayed despite the store being otherwise empty.

  I've been here a few times, and I feel the staff works hard. In my experience, they've always kept the food fresh, it tastes good, and the place appears clean.

  The employees at this location are very prejudice. I've witnessed them give Caucasian and Spanish nationalities decent portions of food but when it comes to African-American customers they give small portions and when you ask for just a little more for the price you pay they proceed to insist on charging you double. This blatant prejudice should be investigated by the corporate office. We all pay the same price and should be served fairly and free of prejudice. WORST ESTABLISHMENT EVER THIS WAS MY THIRD AND LAST TIME AS A CUSTOMER THERE! Before you ask, I came back to see if the experience was the same each time and in fact sadly it was!

  In evening shift them girls are so disrespectful they ask you if you want more then they charge you but don't say it's more money and they don't say hi and the customer service sucks no wonder this Chipotle has 3.3 rating it's the worst one to go to plus they are disrespectful and give you a little bit of food and I saw roaches in there running across the floor.....
