  This location doesn’t use the pickup shelf at all. Twice now I’ve had an order that was marked ready and I had to wait for someone to be available to ask them for it. It makes it awkward as they are usually serving other customers or the drive through. They store “ready” orders somewhere else behind the counter for some reason.

  Witnessed another black women ask for taco shells on the side, since she did not want her taco shells to become soggy. They went back and forth with her for 15 min making everyone wait. Finally I thought it would be solved when the manager came out. The manager made it EVEN MORE difficult, even through the women offered to pay for whatever to make sure she could have the taco shells on the side. When I asked the lady what was the issue, she just turned and said " I want taco shells on the side and the fixings in the bowl and they won't give it to me" I've only seen 1 black person working at this establishment. Everyone else is of Spanish or of Latin descent, even management... this kind of behavior is unacceptable and shouldn't be tolerated or taken lightly. I'm not sure why they refused to give her what she asked for, but till this day the altercation and unwillingness to help her from the staff and management still doesn't sit right with me.

  I went into the restaurant at 9:45 it took them 15 minutes for the girl in front of me to order and when it was my turn, I asked for a burrito with white rice and she was like oh we’re out of white rice right now it’s just gonna be plain without the seasoning and I said it was fine. Then I got chicken and then I asked for extra cheese and she was like oh we’re all out of cheese, even though the other worker, helping the girl behind me, had gone over to the takeout area and grabbed cheese and white rice from over there, which made absolutely no sense why she couldn’t do the same thing for me. I understand that they closed in an hour, but if you have the things to make it and you did it for the person behind me why couldn’t you do it for me? I wasn’t giving them a hard time but prior I was just standing there waiting for it to be my turn so I walked out and I ordered the food online and I got the food and everything I want it when I went through the drive-through anyway anyways Then noticed that the other worker was doing the same thing going to the takeout area for the girl two people behind. And the reason I didn’t order this time because last time I paid for the extra cheese and I did not receive extra cheese I received less than the normal amount. I’m more willing to drive the extra 15 minutes to mays landing and I receive better customer service then to drive five minutes to the one over here

  So disappointed in my last experience. As I went through the line to order my toppings, the woman rushed me so much I couldn’t even get a word out. There was Wawa and Dunkin’ Donuts all over the counter which is completely unsanitary. The rice was watery & we couldn’t find a clean table to sit at. It seems like there is no management here.. such ashame….

  This place overcharges customers by adding extra items to the bill without explanation. The customer service is very poor and unhelpful when concerns are raised. The food quality is also disappointing and does not meet expectations. Overall, the experience feels dishonest and frustrating. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
