Then I'm get, "oops we're finding you another driver" message, then a new name license plate and ETA. Then again same thing we're getting you a new driver, new name, license plate, ETA. This is going on for 45 minutes. Finally I jump in the car and go to McDonald's to just pick up my order, when they tell me that I missed the time to order breakfast. I explained I ordered at like 10:15 and just waiting for my order this whole time when they said, "oh no, if you do it through the app we don't get it until later". It's your app, I ordered from the McDonald's app, you told me you're getting me a driver. No warning whatsoever that my order was going to just be "pending" there over and over again, when it's never going to be filled. Now I have a pending charge on my bank account for food that I never received and when I showed my disappointment about it they tell me that it's up to Uber eats to inform me, not McDonald's. I ordered through the McDonald's app, McDonald's got Uber eats for delivery. They just keep pushing it off on Uber eats or the app and just not accepting responsibility. Just accept responsibility.

It wasnt busy when we came, only 2 cars. Specifically asked for NO LETTUCE, Extra MAYONICE (That we paid for.) then give me the opposite?? (NO MAYO WITH A BUNCH OF LETTUCE) Why would I even go back there to replace this, when I'm already at home and ready to eat what I didnt order? Sucks this place. only if I can post the picture of this hypocrisy.
