  I’ve been here 3 times all 3 times it has been by far the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. How can so many people be working and yet nobody acknowledges you? First two times I walk in an order a hot coffee with almond milk- there is nobody on line or waiting and yet it takes nearly 10 minutes. This time I decided to place my hot coffee order online nearly ten minutes early. I get there and they forgot to do it, the order was just put to the side and forgotten about. I’m done giving this place a chance.

  If I could give this place zero Stars I would. That lady at the drive-thru window is got to be the most nastiest person in the world. I don't think they realize we have a choice to go there they are so nasty but yet they are so quick to take our money. Will you put an order in through the app outside of the place when we got to the window she was so nasty and said you just put the order in one second ago it's a big order we didn't say anything we just pulled up to the window to wait. Then she gave us all food practically through it at us didn't even say thank you have a good day not even a smile just closed the window on us. So I parked my car went inside asked for the manager and when I told him what was going on he did absolutely nothing. I'm so tired of the level of rudeness. Dunkin' Donuts should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these people to run that store. I for one will be reaching out to corporate I am not ending it here finally someone is going to be held accountable for their actions.

  I went this morning and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel it was hot and delicious. I also ordered a peppermint mocha latte it was absolutely delicious. They both hit the spot. The gentleman on the intercom was very nice and the lady at the window as well. Thank you for a wonderful trip through your drive through today.

  Cashier was very pleasant and had a huge smile with everyone she greeted. So the customer service made up for this experience.However, while grabbing the napkins out of the holder there was all pink lipstick on the napkins. Please use caution, I had to pick through them to find clean…

  Hash browns are always dry and rock hard. The bagel is always under toasted and feels like I’m chewing on a piece of shoe leather. The one in old bridge rocks. Always soft juicy hash browns and they toast the bagel perfectly. Come on guys. Get it together
