  I shop at this Shaw’s regularly and overall like the store, but there’s been an ongoing issue with the Pokémon vending machine that management should address. There are two individuals who frequently loiter by the machine and wait for it to be restocked so they can immediately buy everything. This makes it nearly impossible for regular customers or kids to actually purchase anything from it. Unfortunately, it seems like employees are aware of the situation but continue to allow it to happen. I enjoy shopping here, but this situation is frustrating and takes away from the experience. I’ve started considering going to a different Shaw’s because of it. I hope management can look into this and find a way to make the machine accessible to everyone rather than just a couple of people waiting to clear it out.

  Horrid customer service The checkout team forgot to hand me a bag of groceries, I called with a nice attitude cuz things happen right? Just to have some dude give me this demeaning tone and say I forgot it. Like he was HELLBENT on calling me wrong. Good thing I know exactly what happened… Too bad. Still tryna decide if I’m gonna go get my refund or just tell all my friends to avoid this store at all costs.

  Tonight, I had my worse experience ever in Shows Supermarket in Windham, NH. I went in 8.45 to grab some meat and bananas. I got the meat, and I was walking towards the bananas when the female employee start yelling at me that they have closed for the night. I said I am very sorry I thought you are closing at 10 pm, it was 9.02, I am 70 years old with a bad knee, a guy was coming from the produce section ready to stop me, or even physically stopping me, I got the bananas, and I went to pay. it was 9.04. Only 4 minutes after closing. She kept yelling at me, telling me she wanted to go home, I said I am so sorry, she continued the verbal abuse, directing me to use the farthest self-checkout. I was all alone and scared not to make a mistake. I left my groceries and run out of the store with her behind me verbally abusive. I have encountered roundness in the store in the past but nothing like this to be scared of even physical abuse. I wanted to leave no stars, but I could not post my complaints.

  Bad customer service from the night crew. They wouldn’t let me put my phone number in because he rushed through the transaction and the manager was useless and said if “wasn’t possible” maybe re ring my order then?
