  My steakhouse salad was delicious, with fresh greens, tender steak pieces, blue cheese crumbles, pickled onions (plus crispy fried onions), bacon, and cherry tomato slices. My daughter got the chicken avocado BLT, which was good, except for the hard avocado slices, which were also flavorless and pretty much inedible. My suggestion to the restaurant is, if you don't have ripe avocados, say so; we'll choose something else!

  Complete ghost town. Food quality has gone downhill over the years. The cookies aren't nearly as good as they used to, especially now that they don't use real M&M's. Wi-Fi is just okay. Nothing special and difficult to connect to. I can see why they're moving forwards computers to take orders instead of having actual people take orders like they used to. Dining room was dirty and unkempt. Coffee was old. Standards have clearly dropped downhill over the years.

  girls there were very rude when i saw that i didn’t get my side french baguette. and when i had asked for it. they said you got a bread bowl so you don’t need the side baguette. while its not a big deal they were very rude and very impolite not just to me but other customers as well. while i love panera they make it so i don’t want to visit in the future. the employees have gone down hill since the old manager was fired

  The steak sandwich was mostly bread with a few tiny pieces of meat! The green goddess salad was great.

  We loved this Panera! Excellent service—the staff was super helpful and friendly, the food was great, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Deb at the ordering counter was especially helpful, making sure I could find appropriate meal options for my food sensitivities. Thanks, Deb and the Panera staff!
